The Everday Tank comes in sizes 3-14 years. Can be done as a tank, midi dress or a maxi dress. The pattern is a quick and easy sew and with several options it can be used many, many times. There is also optional pockets to add.
I made the tank version and added 3/4 sleeves. We live in Northern VA and it is getting chilly so doing sleeveless didn't seem to make sense right now. I went with the 3/4 sleeves since she tends to push up long sleeves.
She was a little annoyed that it wasn't a dress at first but once she put it on she changed her mind.
I used Happy Horse as the main fabric that I got from L'oiseau Fabric and a navy blue stripe as the accent panels. It has been sitting in my stash for a while so I can't remember where it came from.
Action side shot
She really likes this top. She said it was comfy and cozy. There is plenty of room for movement and easily goes over her head.
She said since there were carousel horses on her top she was going to pretend she was at one.
I will definitely be making more of these. Especially come summer time. You can get your copy of the Everyday Tank on SergerPeppers etsy site or the website. If you use code BLOGTOUR40 you can get 40% off until 11/9/14.
You can also try and win a copy of the pattern. If you buy the pattern and end up winning it you can either pick another pattern or get a $10 credit for a future purchase.
